2017 Season at a Glance
As we look forward to the 2017 Season, 94 years since the first race at Bloomington Speedway, we are committed to providing the best racing experience for fans and drivers. We promise to try our very best to continue this great tradition. Bloomington Speedway will be hosting at least eleven classes of cars during the 2017 season. On the event side of things, your traditional favorites will be back this season, such as the JB ROBINSON MEMORIAL, JOSH BURTON MEMORIAL, INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION, BLOOMINGTON SPEEEDWAY HOMECOMING, AND THE SHELDON KINSER MEMORIAL (Sprint Week). There is a total of 19 events on the 2017 schedule.
If you look towards the end of the schedule, you will notice two "TBD" events. These dates are basically rain out dates. If we have a rainy season and want to make up a few races, especially those traditional titled races, we now have dates set aside. Fan Appreciation nights will be back as well. USAC will visit Bloomington Speedway on three occasions; a spring event, Midget Week, and Sprint Week.
It's shaping up to be another historic year at Bloomington Speedway and we hope to see you there!
