What is one thing that would surprise people about what he does?
- The number of hours it takes, it’s a lot more than just a couple of hours on race day
What is the craziest thing that has happened while working at the track?
- The Friday that the three-wheeler (yellow watering truck) went over the front straightaway guardrail and cut through the sign fence…David Ridge was driving it and a mud clod hit the kill switch…he suddenly had no steering, no brakes and no control.
